The adhesive flows well after melting and coats smoothly — no stringing, no nozzle clogging. It is compatible with automatic bag-making machines and tamper-evident tape coating equipment, runs stably on the line, and delivers higher production efficiency and a higher yield rate.

Excellent tack: press-and-peel in seconds, and the substrate tears. The seal stays firmly locked under normal transport vibration and temperature fluctuations. Any forced opening tears the bag body, leaving a clear and visible damage mark — eliminating clean unboxing and parcel-swapping risks. Ideal for orders that require traceability and evidence.

Superior high- and low-temperature performance, with customized versions available by application scenario: a high-temperature summer version that does not burst open in heat, and a low-temperature winter version that stays bonded without opening at -5°C to -10°C. Stable destruction performance year-round — no "too sticky in summer, too weak in winter" inconsistency.

Suitable for PE courier bags, co-extruded film bags, bubble mailers, confidential document envelopes, security tamper-evident bags, and other mainstream packaging substrates. Also suitable for producing tamper-evident security tape.

Pressure-sensitive by nature: light pressure bonds instantly, and a strong destruction bond is established quickly after sealing. Through long-term storage and long-haul transit, adhesion does not degrade — preventing the bag from opening on its own mid-route.

Customization note: Destruction performance is a precise balance of four parameters — adhesion, cohesion, melt viscosity, and temperature resistance. Too much adhesion and normal unboxing tears the bag; too little and the seal peels cleanly with no tamper evidence. Grades can be customized to your bag film thickness (LDPE/HDPE/co-extruded/biodegradable), line speed, and climate region, with destruction force adjusted as needed.

OPERATING GUIDES

The material can be applied by slot or roll coating applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 130 – 1600C
for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.

The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

The intact packing material can be stored indoor for 24 months, from the date of manufacture, in its original
packages under dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature below 350C and above 100C.
Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.

OPERATING PRECAUTIONS

Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination.The material is applied hot. Appropriate personal
protective clothing and eye protection are strongly recommended to prevent burns.
Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes generated.Rotate stocks and using the oldest
stock first.
