Our hot melt adhesive is a thermoplastic PO-based bonding agent developed specifically for mattress manufacturing. Supplied as a solid at room temperature, it is applied in molten form and cures upon cooling to achieve a strong, durable bond. 100% solvent‑free, it contains no benzene, formaldehyde, or other hazardous substances, eliminating VOC emissions during production and ensuring finished mattresses are free from residual odors.![]()
The adhesive is widely used in two key stages of mattress production:
It is compatible with automated application systems including spraying, roller coating, and dispensing equipment.
Solvent‑free formulation with no benzene or formaldehyde. Fully compliant with REACH and RoHS standards. Significantly reduces workshop VOC levels and eliminates the risk of long‑term off‑gassing from finished products—especially critical given that consumers spend approximately one‑third of their lives in close contact with their mattress.
Excellent bonding strength on a wide range of substrates commonly used in mattress production, including PP nonwoven, PE, PU foam, 3D mesh, and wood. High initial tack enables rapid positioning, while sufficient open time allows for operational adjustments. The cured adhesive remains flexible, accommodating repeated compression and deformation without embrittlement or bond failure.
Engineered to overcome the limitations of conventional mattress adhesives—remains flexible at low temperatures to prevent cracking and noise, and stable at elevated temperatures to avoid softening or bleed‑through. Ensures consistent bond quality regardless of seasonal or regional climate variations.
Optimized viscosity for spray applications minimizes stringing and reduces equipment cleaning frequency. Fast setting allows for immediate rolling, packaging, and downstream handling without curing delays, significantly shortening production cycles.
The product is suitable for construction adhesive for nonwoven disposable applications.Or other sanitary adhesive applications that require high initial strength and high peel strength, such as mattresses, nonwoven laminations, baby diapers, etc.
