Linerless label adopts a structural design where adhesive and release silicone oil are directly coated onto the substrate. Pre-set tear lines enable die-cutting without a release liner, reducing raw material consumption by approximately 30% and increasing the number of labels per roll by more than 50%, significantly lowering storage and transportation costs.
Jaour's adhesive for linerless label features good compatibilty with linerless label paper substrates and good performance in its loop tack, peeling, and shear resistance performance.
