Description:
This product is a synthetic rubber based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive specifically developed for medical tapes and plasters application.
The product is featured high tack and peel, good wetting to substrates and good ageing performance.
Suggested use:
Medical tapes, plasters, bandages, and other pressure sensitive applications that high peel strength and tack are required.

Operating guide:
The material can be applied by slot die or roll coating hot melt applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 150 – 180℃ for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.

The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.
Package:
6.25kg or 1kg block wrapped with siliconized release paper, 25kg/box. Please consult the sales representative for special requirements.
Storage & Shelf life:
The intact packing material can be stored indoor for 24 months from the date of manufacture, in its original packages under dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature below 35℃ and above 5℃.
Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.
Operating precautions:
Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination.The material is applied hot. Appropriate personal protective clothing and eye protection are strongly recommended to prevent burns.
Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes generated.Rotate stocks and using the oldest stock first.
