PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This item is a synthetic rubber based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive specifically developed for label applications where aggressive tack and adhesion, and cold resistance are required.
The product is featured high tack and peel and holding power, good wetting to substrates, and excellent low temperature resistance.
SUGGSTED APPLICATION
Tyre label & tamper evident label, or other pressure sensitive applications that high tack and peel, and low temperature resistance are required.

OPERATING GUIDELINES
The material can be applied by slot or roll coating applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 150 – 180 ℃ for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
FDA STATUS
The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
The intact packing material can be stored indoor for 24 months, from the date of manufacture, in its original packages under dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature below 35℃ and above 5℃. Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.
OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination. The material is applied hot. Appropriate personal protective clothing and eye protection are strongly recommended to prevent burns. Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes generated. Rotate stocks and using the oldest stock first.
