DESCRIPTION
The JaourMeltTM CORE GLUE is a synthetic rubber based hot melt adhesive specifically developed to be applied at low temperature for construction applications for nonwoven disposables, including the absorbent core fixation. It is florescent free, light color and low odor. It features high bond strength and tack, and long open time for good machining and provides good penetration and wettability to various substrates.
SUGGESTED USES
Low temperature adhesive for constructions includes the absorbent core fixation for nonwoven disposable applications.

OPERATING GUIDES
The material can be applied by all types of spray and slot applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 120 – 140°C for spray and 110 –130°C for slot, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
FDA STATUS
The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
The material can be stored indoor for 12 months, from the date of manufacture, in its original packages under dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature below 350C and above 50C. Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.
OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination. The material is applied hot. Appropriate personal protective clothing and eye protection are strongly recommended to prevent burns. Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes generated.Rotate stocks and using the oldest stock first.
HAZARDS INDENTIFICATION
The product is not considered as hazardous within the meaning of the valid (EU) preparation directive.
Skin Contact :
Molten product adheres to the skin may cause burns
Eye Contact
Direct contact may cause eye irritation.
Inhalation :
Negligible hazard at ambient temperature. Vapors and/or aerosols which may be
formed at elevated temperature may be irritating to eyes and respiratory tract.
Ingestion :
No evidence of harmful effects from available information.
FIRST-AIDS MEASURES
Skin Contact :
Molten product. Immediately cool down the affected area by flushing with cold
water to dissipate heat. Seek medical attention.
Eye Contact :
If hot, immediately cool down the affected area by flushing with cold water to
dissipate heat. Get medical attention promptly.
Inhalation :
Move to fresh area. Get medical attention if irritation persists.
Ingestion :
No harmful effect expected.
